Lead a kitchen station (sauces, grill, or pastry) within a busy culinary operation. You’ll oversee prep, cooking, quality, inventory, and staff training, while collaborating with the Head Chef to maintain menu standards, contribute to recipes, ensure timely service, and uphold safety and sanitation across the kitchen.
