Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required; or 4 years of related experience substituted for the degree.
  • •8 years of treasury and/or finance operations experience in the financial services industry; or an advanced degree plus 6 years of such experience.
  • •Subject matter expert in treasury/finance operations, finance, and/or related accounting disciplines.
  • •3 years of direct team lead or management experience, including developing talent and managing workflow/project execution.
  • •Knowledge of corporate financial or tax systems and ability to effectively communicate and influence with leadership and partners.
