Build and scale a design-intensive creative platform by owning end-to-end full-stack features—from API and backend services to production-ready frontend experiences. You’ll develop responsive, design-faithful UI with modern frameworks, architect backend services for reliability and performance, and run CI/CD and Kubernetes-based deployment pipelines. Collaborate across product, build, platform, and security teams, participate in code reviews, and integrate AI-assisted engineering tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex into daily development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Own full-stack implementation across the platform, from backend services and API surfaces to client runtimes and design-heavy web frontend experiences.
•Take end-to-end responsibility for features across the full lifecycle: build, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance.
•Architect and develop backend services for heavy traffic with reliability, performance, and fault tolerance in mind.
•Build, manage, and maintain sandbox-based environments for development, testing, and isolation of platform instances.
•Own Kubernetes-based deployment pipelines and infrastructure to ensure smooth, repeatable, observable rollouts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 139,000 - 257,550 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience), or a graduate degree (or relevant experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
•Proficiency in modern frontend development, including React, building interactive, design-heavy, high-performance UIs.
•Backend engineering experience operating scalable, production-grade services (Node.js, Java, Python, Go, or similar).
•Experience deploying and operating services on Kubernetes-based infrastructure, including container orchestration and cluster management.
•Direct experience using AI-supported engineering tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar) and embedding them into real development workflows.
