Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct spend analysis and benchmarking to create data-based category strategies and sourcing activities.
  • •Align and execute a sourcing roadmap with HQ and local markets to deliver P&L savings and procurement value.
  • •Develop and optimize the supplier portfolio across HelloFresh’s markets.
  • •Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships with business partners within Operations to support objectives and growth.
  • •Lead or participate in implementing best-in-class procurement processes and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 8 years in Indirect Procurement with experience in CapEx, Material Handling Equipment, Utilities, MRO and Facilities Management.
  • •Experience on EU markets with emphasis on CapEx is a plus.
  • •Degree in Engineering is preferable (but not mandatory).
  • •Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier management.
  • •Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
