Key Responsibilities

•Partner & Pipeline Development: Manage and convert inbound partnership opportunities across brokers, exchanges and fintech platforms; build and execute a targeted outbound pipeline strategy aligned to country growth priorities; develop and maintain a robust pipeline with forecasting and tracking against quarterly targets; own the full partnership lifecycle from outreach to deal execution and post-launch growth
•Go-to-Market & Commercial Ownership: Design and execute GTM strategies with existing partners to drive user and revenue growth; adopt a consultative, solution-oriented approach; create and deliver proposals, pitches, and commercial frameworks; identify bundling and monetization opportunities to increase partner ROI
•Client Engagement & Execution: Act as the primary point of contact for partners; support technical onboarding and integrations with product/engineering teams; refine technical responses for clarity; maintain relationships with key stakeholders
•Insights, Optimization & Feedback Loop: Own test-and-learn methodology; collect and translate partner feedback into actionable recommendations; provide reporting on pipeline, performance, and market trends to leadership
•Brand & Market Development: Drive brand awareness in the US trading ecosystem; represent TradingView at meetings/events; identify new partnership verticals and growth opportunities

Key Requirements

•3+ years of growth, sales, or business development experience within fintech, SaaS, trading, or crypto
•Proven track record of building and executing go-to-market strategies that drive measurable growth
•Experience owning and managing a full sales cycle and pipeline, including forecasting
•Strong understanding of the US trading/brokerage ecosystem and market dynamics
•Familiarity with web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, APIs, GitHub) and ability to work with technical teams
