Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and update the owners’ Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large capital programs.
  • •Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for project team approval.
  • •Consolidate contractors’ schedules into the IMS and assess impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities.
  • •Apply EVM methodology and provide regular schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis; monitor deviations and develop corrective approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience in scheduling/project controls.
  • •Direct experience working within teams in a complex matrix environment.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
