Job Summary

Associate Buyer to join a luxury Kidswear buying team, focused on multibrand luxury fashion. Drive product selection across Boys' and Girls' Kidswear, analyze market data, and collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Stores, VM, Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver commercially successful ranges in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the buying and assortment planning process across Boys' and Girls' Kidswear categories.
•Assist in selecting commercially successful product ranges aligned to customer needs and market trends.
•Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and product sell-through to identify opportunities and risks.
•Analyse trading performance and provide recommendations to optimise sales and profitability.
•Work closely with Planning, Merchandising, Stores, VM, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver business objectives.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years' experience in Buying or Assistant Buying, ideally within Kidswear, luxury Fashion Retail with multi brand luxury experience essential.
•Experience working with international or global fashion brands is essential.
•Strong understanding of Boys' and Girls' apparel categories.
•Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
•Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills.
