Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of Facilities Operations Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • •Oversee maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of data center infrastructure, including HVAC, power distribution, and backup systems.
  • •Develop, implement, and optimize preventive maintenance schedules, equipment calibration, and system performance monitoring.
  • •Create and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field (relevant experience may substitute for degree).
  • •8+ years of experience managing critical facilities systems, including power, cooling, and environmental controls.
  • •In-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in data centers.
  • •8+ years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining critical facilities infrastructure.
  • •Proficiency with building management systems (BMS) and environmental monitoring tools.
