Job Summary

Join the TikTok LIVE Creator Network Operations team as a project intern, supporting day-to-day LIVE operations, trust & safety-related issues, and operational troubleshooting. Help develop and localize creator training and educational materials, and support planning, localization, and execution of campaigns. Collect and analyze operational challenges from creator workflows to improve efficiency, while contributing to a range of projects spanning in-person events and online initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in resolving creator network day-to-day issues during the LIVE process, including operational hurdles and trust & safety concerns.
•Help develop and localize educational materials for creators, covering operational guidelines, trust & safety policies, and platform features.
•Support planning, localization, execution, and results summarization for campaigns to inform future improvements.
•Collect and analyze operational challenges creators face in daily workflows and organize feedback to improve operational efficiency.
•Support execution of a broad range of projects, including in-person events and online initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or Data-related fields preferred).
•Social-media savvy with a strong interest in live-streaming, the creator economy, and internet trends/culture.
•Basic analytical capability and logical thinking with data sensitivity.
•Understanding of fundamental internet operation methodologies (e.g., user growth funnel, retention logic, campaign lifecycle).
•Familiar with platforms such as TikTok and other short-form or livestream ecosystems, with strong communication skills interacting with creators.
