Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project planning across initiation, design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout for multiple concurrent projects.
  • •Manage project implementation including schedule, budget, resources, and external vendors/contractors.
  • •Serve as primary project authority for major project-related issues and lead client discussions to develop and grow relationships.
  • •Oversee cross-functional technical teams, including budgets, tracking hours/expenses, deliverables, compliance documentation, and contractual obligations.
  • •Track metrics and reporting, ensure compliance with regulatory/corporate procedures, and support QA/QC and technical review requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field in the Power & Energy market.
  • •10+ years of relevant post-education experience, ideally in project management within Power Delivery/Utility.
  • •Minimum 3 years of industry experience supporting IOUs, IPPs, Co-Ops, or Munis.
  • •Minimum 3 years leading engineering and/or construction teams on medium to large high-voltage and/or EHV transmission line projects.
  • •Knowledge of project management processes and tools including contract management, earned value, change/risk/schedule management, and CPM scheduling (e.g., Primavera P6 or equivalent).
