Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver highly complex infrastructure projects and programmes, aligning to client objectives across the project lifecycle.
  • •Manage contract and financial performance, including project controls, and ensure health, safety, quality, and environmental management.
  • •Lead and develop project teams on large projects or programmes, including mentoring and supporting the next generation of project managers.
  • •Build and maintain long-term trusted-advisor relationships through strong stakeholder and interpersonal management with clients and partners.
  • •Lead multi-workstream planning and communication, translating complex problems into workable delivery solutions under pressure.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in infrastructure project management and/or programme management across the full project lifecycle, including project, contract, financial management, and project controls.
  • •Degree or HND qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure related subject (or equivalent experience).
  • •Professional affiliation, qualification, or near-qualified status with the APM, ICE, ITP, or similar professional institution.
  • •Project management certification such as APM, PRINCE2, or MSP.
  • •Beneficial experience: procurement and NEC contracts, managing contractors/consultants, or consultancy/client-side project management; familiarity with relevant public sector organisations.
