Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the accessories product development critical path, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met while addressing risks or delays.
  • •Lead the technical development of accessories, including construction, fit, and overall product make-up.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Fit, Colour, Raw Materials, Quality, and Sourcing) to maintain alignment.
  • •Act as the technical point of contact for assigned products, resolving issues and communicating clearly across teams.
  • •Ensure products meet quality standards, safety requirements, and legal/regulatory compliance, including performance and sustainability claims verification.
