Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate the customer specification review process with participants from each plant and country to provide timely reviews.
  • •Respond to customer inquiries in partnership with colleagues.
  • •Review customer quality agreements with appropriate plants and edit to meet Ingredion quality requirements.
  • •Meet with customers, plant quality, and sales to complete agreements and specification reviews for Europe, USA, and Canada.
  • •Submit regional reviews for global customer review and organize completed specifications and agreements for retrieval by internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational, technical, or business role; Plant Quality or customer quality documentation experience strongly preferred.
  • •Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • •Computer experience; Salesforce and Sharepoint experience a plus.
  • •Fluency in English required.
