Clinical Healthcare BPO Consultant

Provide consultancy services to build and manage the clinical/bill review/insurance practice for the insurance and healthcare vertical. You’ll partner with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues, support RFPs and proposals, and develop strategies informed by data analysis. The role also includes identifying training needs, understanding program tools and procedures, and guiding operations on improving service delivery and compliance outcomes.
