Key Responsibilities

  • •Review your schedule, prepare supplies and PPE, and get ready before the first patient visit.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes within your assigned service area and provide scheduled preventative and diagnostic services.
  • •Perform blood draws using phlebotomy expertise while making visits comfortable for patients.
  • •Accurately document each visit using Sprinter technology and maintain proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport.
  • •Manage your time, supplies, and schedule independently while moving between patient locations throughout the day.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in home preferred.
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a personal reliable vehicle.
  • •Ability to meet applicable state-specific certification or licensing requirements and availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
