Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and design complex embedded systems with real-time constraints, power consumption, and resource limitations.
  • •Develop and maintain bare-metal firmware for Cortex-M microcontrollers (STM32, NXP LPC, Microchip PIC) and RTOS-based firmware (FreeRTOS, mbed, ThreadX).
  • •Implement Linux drivers and kernel modules for custom hardware and integrate Linux client/server functionality using UDP/TCP/IP.
  • •Develop user-space multimedia applications leveraging V4L2, GStreamer, and FFmpeg for image/video capture and processing.
  • •Participate in code reviews, maintain code quality, lead/mentor junior engineers, and troubleshoot using debugging tools (gdb, ST-Link, Segger J-Link) and test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, electronic, or software engineering.
  • •15+ years of embedded software engineering experience using C and C++.
  • •Strong understanding of ARM64 and Cortex-M architectures, including bare-metal firmware for STM32, NXP LPC, and Microchip PIC.
  • •Expertise in Linux driver and kernel development, including Linux kernel module work.
  • •Experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS, mbed, or ThreadX) and key protocols (I2C, UART, SPI, CAN) plus Jetson Linux BSP and NVIDIA JetPack SDK (Linux kernel, CUDA, cuDNN, TensorRT).
