Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose equipment issues by pulling data from many makes and models.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation (work orders) of daily work performed.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts as needed.
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance and maintain the service vehicle in a clean, professional manner.
