Key Responsibilities

•Manage new supplier qualifications and development, including supplier PPAP for new product development, transfers, or resourcing projects.
•Conduct supplier quality audits (SQA) and social accountability audits (SA), and maintain audit information and improvement plans (CAP) in an audit database.
•Perform pre-shipment inspections (EOLA/end of line), issue inspection reports, and drive CAP follow-up with suppliers.
•Run in-process audits (CAPA/Compliance Audit Process Audit) and implement corrective actions with suppliers or buying locations, maintaining audit records.
•Coordinate continuous improvement and problem solving using inputs from NCMR/DMR, VOC, and warranty, including root-cause analysis and engineering changes, and support supplier communication platforms and engineering requirements.

Key Requirements

•University/college study in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering related fields.
•3+ years of experience in quality control and new product development.
•Familiarity with international certification standards such as ISO9000, QS9000, IATF16949, and SA8000.
•Strong audit skills to conduct supplier qualification and sustainability/social accountability audits.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), fluent English, and problem-solving methods (PDCA, 5W, 8D, Lean Six Sigma, SPC).
