Job Summary

Lead day-to-day operations for a quarry site, ensuring efficient facility performance across scheduling, maintenance, personnel management, and customer/plant coordination. Supervise and coach assigned staff, enforce MSHA safety programs, and maintain quality assurance and property upkeep. Manage expenditures, maximize quarry and company profits, oversee inventory levels, review attendance/time cards, and complete required paperwork. Operate heavy equipment as needed and address hazardous conditions and compliance.
