Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • •Proven experience delivering large, complex programs in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
  • •Strong banking domain knowledge or experience within financial services, with understanding of products, operations, and regulatory considerations.
  • •Ability to establish a strong presence and act as a trusted advisor within client organizations, including senior stakeholders.
  • •Willingness to travel.
