Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to strategic client objectives.
•Own governance, execution planning, and delivery tracking across complex initiatives.
•Drive alignment across senior stakeholders, manage escalations, and ensure timely decision-making.
•Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and program outcomes.
•Ensure delivery translates into measurable value realization and sustainable business impact; contribute to business development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
•Proven experience delivering large, complex programs in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
•Strong banking domain knowledge or experience within financial services, with understanding of products, operations, and regulatory considerations.
•Ability to establish a strong presence and act as a trusted advisor within client organizations, including senior stakeholders.
•Willingness to travel.
