Key Responsibilities

•Act as lead engineer for developing agent frameworks natively on Windows, building the technical roadmap for always-on AI assistants on GeForce RTX PCs and laptops.
•Optimize Windows agent runtimes so autonomous agents operate within policy-based privacy and security frameworks, including filesystem access, secure inference routing, and network egress.
•Partner with internal AI research teams, driver teams, and the OpenClaw community to strengthen the consumer hardware ecosystem for autonomous agents.
•Mentor other engineers, establish guidelines for AI agent deployment, and help create reliable, production-ready code.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 272,000 - 431,250 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of relevant professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in Staff or Lead Architect role.
•BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•Deep understanding of Windows OS internals, process isolation, sandboxing technologies, and system-level security architecture.
•Proven understanding of LLM inference pipelines (Ollama, Llama.cpp, vLLM) and GPU-accelerated computing (CUDA, TensorRT) for running local models on consumer hardware.
•Experience with AI orchestration and agentic frameworks (e.g., OpenClaw, Hermes, LangChain) and multi-agent planning, acting, and tool use.
