Senior Finance Analyst, Marketing

Support the Residential HVAC business unit and provide finance partnership to the Marketing organization. Lead monthly close, forecasting, and AOP/LRP for the Marketing budget, translating complex financial data into actionable insights. Build and maintain reporting packages, partner with Marketing leaders to improve budget effectiveness and forecasting accuracy, and drive continuous process improvement and analytics to strengthen decision support.
