Job Summary

Sell AI-first Contact Center and BPaaS solutions for customer service and BPO transformations. Build executive-level relationships and originate deals by creating demand with C-level and operations stakeholders. Serve as a subject matter expert across Hi-tech and other industry verticals, lead end-to-end sales cycles for multi-million-dollar ACV deals, and develop strategic go-to-market plans in collaboration with internal teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Originate deals proactively and create demand by establishing relationships with decision-making buyers for BPO/BPaaS services.
•Act as a subject matter expert on core value-chain processes and articulate transformation opportunities across specified industries.
•Use a consultative approach to develop customized, AI- and technology-automation-enabled BPO/BPaaS propositions that fit prospect goals and constraints.
•Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for multi-million-dollar ACV BPO deals, from prospect engagement through contract negotiation and closure.
•Develop and execute go-to-market plans, build executive-level relationships with C-suite/Head of Operations stakeholders, and stay current on AI/technology trends and competitive positioning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,290 - 287,574 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in BPO/business process services sales with a deep understanding of transformative outsourcing models.
•10 years of success selling large, complex global BPO deals (>$20M TCV).
•10 years of industry experience selling transformative customer experience/customer service and industry-specific value-chain deals.
•10 years of experience working within or selling to Fortune 1000 clients.
•Ability to bridge business value with enabling technologies such as agentic/generative AI, analytics, automation, and core administrative platforms.
