Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily end-user technical and operational support through maintenance, housekeeping, training, and knowledge transfer, including service tracking in ServiceNow.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware/software and mobility-related issues, handling escalated trouble tickets from 1st and 2nd line support.
  • •Oversee the development, installation, configuration, and administration of computer systems, including monitoring networks for viruses, malfunctions, and errors.
  • •Coordinate and support infrastructure and site initiatives such as onboarding, office setup, lab deployment, refreshes, technology rollouts, and hardware lifecycle management.
  • •Operate within IT processes and quality objectives by meeting SLAs/KPIs, maintaining runbooks/documentation, supporting IT audits/compliance, and performing after-hours on-call rotation as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar field.
  • •5–10 years’ experience as a senior IT engineer/systems engineer.
  • •Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and UNIX.
  • •Experience with database management software such as MySQL.
  • •Some scripting skills with knowledge of programming languages such as Python (added advantage).
