Oversee all aspects of pharmacy unit operations to improve profitability and meet gross profit and related targets. Administer and train the unit team, ensure merchandising and display standards, and maintain compliance with QC, SOPs, and regulatory procedures. Manage inventory through monitoring and stock taking with the purchase department, drive product mix and expiry “target zero” compliance, and dispense medicines efficiently with guidance on drug interactions.
