Primary Care Clinician (part-time)

Provide primary care for patients with severe mental illness in an in-person Los Angeles clinic. Conduct assessments, diagnose and manage acute/chronic conditions, prescribe and monitor medications, and perform physical exams and preventive screenings while integrating care with mental health plans. Maintain accurate medical records, educate patients on health promotion and disease management, and participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings. Work as part of a multidisciplinary, whole-person care model.
