Job Summary

Lead the development of AI/ML solutions that improve data-driven decisions across customer engagement, marketing, retention, risk, and product. Translate business problems into analytical use cases, develop and test algorithms (e.g., classification, time series, NLP, clustering), and deliver end-to-end models from development to batch/real-time deployment. Partner with analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to streamline AI/ML use cases, ensure reproducibility and coding standards, and support MIS and analytics models.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate business problems into analytical use cases with defined outcomes and develop/test appropriate algorithms.
•Partner with business analysts and data engineers to gather requirements, build data pipelines, and productionize ML models into insights and recommendations.
•Apply ML concepts across classification, multi-variate regression, time series, clustering, NLP, image processing, and optimization models.
•Deliver end-to-end AI/ML models from development through deployment (batch and real-time), planning delivery and enabling efficient model usage by the business.
•Maintain high coding standards, peer review, reproducibility, and support ad-hoc MIS development including SAS data and analytics models.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a similar function
•3-4 years of experience in banking analytics
•Hands-on Python and SQL experience
•Experience deploying end-to-end machine learning models
•Strong ML/deep learning foundations including time series, optimization, and customer analytics
