Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement instructional strategies to support learning and performance within functional teams.
  • •Lead stakeholder meetings to identify business requirements and develop learning strategies and development processes.
  • •Create and implement learning, virtual simulations, and assessments on approved platforms in online environments.
  • •Develop and deliver timely training project plans and oversee maintenance of training resources and support sites.
  • •Assess learning outcomes and conduct reviews to modify objectives, content, and structure; research trends and incorporate updates.

Key Requirements
