Job Summary

Own end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and client billing. Support month-end and quarter-end close with reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis. Reconcile internal records to bank statements and payment processor reports, manage vendor contract timelines, and build recurring leadership dashboards for cash position, burn, and AP/AR aging. Partner across Payments Operations and Engineering to analyze billing, cost drivers, and optimization opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and client billing.
•Support month-end and quarter-end close with account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.
•Reconcile internal financial records against bank statements, payment processor reports, and other third-party data sources.
•Track and manage vendor contracts, payment terms, and renewal timelines.
•Prepare recurring financial reports and dashboards for leadership (cash position, burn, AP/AR aging, etc.), and partner on billing and cost optimization analyses.

Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations (fintech or startup experience is a plus).
•Solid understanding of core accounting concepts including accruals, reconciliations, and close processes.
•Experience managing AP/AR or similar transactional finance workflows.
•Comfort working with high volumes of financial data with strong attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently, prioritize across recurring deadlines, and communicate clearly with vendors and cross-functional partners.
