Key Responsibilities

  • •Separate different polymers to produce quality regrind; ensure handles and gaskets are removed and record regrind totals per shift.
  • •Monitor the granulator for proper operation and report issues to Maintenance and QA Manager.
  • •Maintain good housekeeping in the Grinder Room and Scrap Area of the warehouse.
  • •Operate a manual pallet jack and sit-down forklift.
  • •Support production needs as assigned, including packing and break coverage for packers.
