Maintenance Technician

Serve as the first responder for equipment issues at the Pilgrim’s processing plant in Enterprise, AL. Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and complete preventive and emergency repairs to keep machinery running safely and efficiently. Diagnose drive-related problems, troubleshoot bearing failures, support motor testing, and use tools like multimeters while following safety and quality standards, including safe welding and electrical circuit analysis.
