Key Responsibilities

  • •AI strategy for Neurality Health's SaaS clients (Provider, Health Systems/ACOs, etc.).
  • •Research and build cutting edge voice and text based conversational AI agents.
  • •Develop consumable APIs to propagate back-office workflows and integrate with client systems (EHRs, etc).
  • •Manage stages of the continuous development and release process.
  • •Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as an ML Engineer or similar role.
  • •Knowledge of Python and frontend React/NextJS.
  • •Experience with ML/NLP techniques, GPT, and ML frameworks (Keras, PyTorch) plus libraries (scikit-learn).
  • •Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and write robust, testable code.
  • •Ideal candidate has a PhD/MS in CS/EE or equivalent engineering experience.
