Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of structured finance loans for the Power, Utilities, and Renewable Energy business. Serve as the primary interface for clients and investors, overseeing loan administration, documentation, transaction management, and ongoing transaction reviews. Monitor credit and operational risk through audits and due diligence, support underwriting via lender/credit memos, and coordinate across legal, syndications, servicing, and other stakeholders. Prepare reporting, cash flow models, and portfolio performance updates while ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer assigned loan facilities, including documentation, closing, booking, and ongoing transaction management with limited oversight.
•Review and process transfer certificates, approvals, and transaction changes for amendments, renewals, waivers, joinders, and loan restructurings.
•Act as primary point of contact for clients/borrowers, agent banks, co-lenders, and custody/collateral agents, managing servicing communications and issues.
•Facilitate due diligence, annual audits, and risk assessments, advising management on operational and credit risks based on findings.
•Prepare cash flow models and portfolio/risk/covenant reporting; support underwriting with lender and credit memos and related credit support materials.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of corporate/commercial banking experience with at least 3 years in portfolio management and related finance/bank operations, auditing, and/or credit for structured or project finance and commercial lending (including renewable energy).
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
•Proven communication and negotiation skills (written and oral) for working with clients, investors, and internal/external stakeholders.
•Demonstrated organizational and relationship-building skills to manage multiple complex transactions and deadlines.
•Ability to analyze business and financial reports and use spreadsheet tools, including Microsoft Excel, for models and reporting.
