Job Summary

Help Autodesk’s enterprise customers maximize their product investment by driving adoption of Autodesk solutions for Civil 3D workflows. You’ll act as a technical trusted advisor, deliver live coaching and 1:Many webinars, and build packaged service offerings and digital content that address customer challenges. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk solutions.
•Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating product expertise to achieve business outcomes.
•Build, maintain, and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption.
•Deliver digital content via 1:Many webinars for end users to drive successful adoption.
•Develop and update digital content following CTS standards to solve specific customer challenges.

Key Requirements

•Fluency in English plus advanced French.
•Expert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk AutoCAD in a production environment.
•5–6 years of Civil Engineering or related field experience.
•Advanced knowledge of industry needs and workflows.
•Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
