Provide high-level technical support on customer sites focusing on automation, controls, security management and CCTV systems. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform maintenance, train customers and junior technicians, and drive project deliverables across legacy and cloud-based systems, while delivering exceptional service and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver SSJs (small service Jobs) on time and within budget
•Engineer and/or assist in the engineering of SSJs
•Commission SSJs/upgrades
•Liaise with customers and deliver exceptional service
•Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures
•Ensure our workplaces are safe through the reporting of SOS’, following procedures

Key Requirements

•Trade background in Security/CCTV industry
•3-5 years of experience in electronic security
•Knowledge of Security, Access controls, CCTV DDC and controls systems and/or experience in ICT and network communication
•Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching
•Experience in Electronic security and controls – locking out ports to specific devices
