Engineering Manager - Business Expense Management

Lead the technical roadmap for Wise’s Business Expense Management team within the Spend Squad, enabling streamlined tracking, receipt collection, expense submissions, and policy enforcement. You’ll design and build robust distributed backend systems, including automation of month-end processes using LLM technologies, and help evolve business card capabilities. Partner closely with Product and squads across Spend, Business, and Account while mentoring a diverse team and driving execution from initiative through release.
