Job Summary

Lead Pandora’s Queensland store network to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence. You’ll develop and coach Store Managers, build inclusive high-performing teams, and deliver best-in-class customer experience and global visual merchandising standards. Partner cross-functionally with HR, Retail Operations, Training, and Merchandising to implement training initiatives, manage performance to KPIs, analyze sales metrics, improve stock accuracy, and ensure compliance and effective store processes.

•Build cross-functional partnerships with HR, Retail Operations, Training, and Merchandising; deliver face-to-face training and coaching sessions.
•Analyze sales performance and key metrics to identify opportunities, drive improvements, manage payroll within budget, and support stock accuracy and compliance.
