Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams to deliver strong commercial and operational outcomes.
  • •Drive sales performance to achieve targets and store KPIs while maximizing sales and profitability.
  • •Ensure best-in-class customer experience, brand initiatives, and consistent operational execution across stores, including global VM standards.
  • •Build cross-functional partnerships with HR, Retail Operations, Training, and Merchandising; deliver face-to-face training and coaching sessions.
  • •Analyze sales performance and key metrics to identify opportunities, drive improvements, manage payroll within budget, and support stock accuracy and compliance.
