Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a leading force on the sales floor by demonstrating product knowledge and delivering the TUMI Selling Ceremony customer experience.
  • •Run the store independently during non-peak times, and assist store management with training associates on TUMI Difference and Elite Moments.
  • •Build client relationships through data capture and outreach using the Proximity clienteling app to increase sales and meet SPH/sales goals.
  • •Contribute to merchandising standards, window and interior changes, and proper signage while maintaining stock in good condition.
  • •Support store operations and loss prevention: open/close in manager absence, handle transactions/cash balancing, manage inventory/stockroom tasks, and report theft/damages.
