Join Payoneer's Affiliates & Partnerships program in Sao Paulo as Partnerships Associate to support onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking across the partner lifecycle. You will collaborate with Affiliate Managers and cross-functional teams to manage onboarding, training, system setup, CRM updates, and reporting, helping to drive growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner Onboarding & Enablement: Support onboarding and documentation of new partners based on defined qualification criteria; Coordinate partner training sessions, toolkit access, and system setup; Ensure partners are enabled to operate effectively within Payoneer’s Affiliates & Partnerships framework.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in payments, fintech, partnerships, operations, customer success, or related roles.
•Strong proficiency in English and Spanish and Portuguese.
•Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Excel, and reporting dashboards.
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
