Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor global Gold Doré, precious metals, FX, interest rates, and macroeconomic markets to identify opportunities and commercial risks.
  • •Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term gold price forecasts using fundamental, technical, quantitative, and market-based analysis.
  • •Produce daily through annual market intelligence reports and executive presentations covering assumptions, opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
  • •Evaluate and recommend sales and pricing strategies (including LBMA AM/PM benchmarks, live LBMA spot execution, auction-based, fixed-price, and formula-based pricing) and trading/risk management alternatives.
  • •Develop pricing models and dashboards using Excel/Power BI/PowerPoint/Think-Cell, and participate in annual refinery/offtake RFP evaluations and refinery selection.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; master’s or professional certification (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • •10-15 years of experience in Gold Doré/precious metals trading, market intelligence, pricing analysis, treasury, risk management, or commercial strategy.
  • •Proven experience with LBMA pricing mechanisms, precious metals markets, refinery commercial agreements, market analysis, forecasting, hedging strategies, and derivatives.
  • •Demonstrated experience in commercial evaluations, refinery selection processes, contract negotiations, and strategic pricing decisions.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Gold Doré markets, refinery commercial structures, trading practices, and market risk management; strong analytical and presentation skills.
