Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlement matters from early negotiations through final claim resolution and program closure. Serve as primary legal and operations lead, negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and finalizing settlement documents and resolving claimant disputes. Oversee settlement implementation and claims administration, including workflow and quality assurance, while managing teams and performing claims data analysis to identify trends and support compliance.
