Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform necessary maintenance of the facility, equipment, and grounds in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • •Accomplish daily assignments as scheduled and as directed.
  • •Provide on-site service and repair of equipment and meet at least 70% of estimated repair times.
  • •Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safe practices on all work assignments.
  • •Read electrical and mechanical drawings/technical manuals, manage waste generated from work, and complete the Maintenance Technician 1 training program.

Salary: USD 22 - 26.44 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • •Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
  • •Meet at least one of: 6 months First Solar manufacturing experience, 6 months outside manufacturing/mechanical/agricultural experience, military experience, or vocational high school graduate with no experience required.
  • •Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and verifiable technical background.
  • •Ability to work with little supervision and follow safe work practices.
