Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead the Product Development team day to day based on priorities aligned with PD leads’ strategy.
  • •Maintain in-season communication on design updates, standards, and product consistency; oversee product and cost management and sample timeline management.
  • •Identify issues/risks during DC scrubbing and lead resolution with sample facilities, engineers, and NY team; coordinate material selection and testing with MM and engineering.
  • •Drive costing and margin strategies to meet or exceed margin goals; support cost-saving initiatives with ideas and data.
  • •Manage team talent development and workload; build partnerships with suppliers, raw material, and production teams and lead handover for production intent.

  • •Manage and lead a Product Development team to ensure aesthetics, quality, construction, cost, and timelines from prototype through product approval.
  • •Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional collaboration across design, engineering, sample facilities, planning, and production.
  • •Experience driving sample facility risk/issue identification and leading conversations to implement practical solutions.
  • •Capability to identify sub-materials, support material testing, and work with suppliers/sample facilities for FG testing to meet requirements.
  • •Demonstrated skill in talent development and team workload management aligned to Product Development leadership strategy.
