Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter and review transaction data in the front-end system, including customer legal name, equipment details, pricing, tax, and internal parameters.
  • •Ensure security/ownership interests are perfected by filing UCCs and/or reviewing searches, releases, subordinations, and necessary recordings.
  • •Prepare transaction documentation packages specific to approved transaction requests.
  • •Monitor transactions for compliance and coordinate internal efforts to resolve information discrepancies to enable accurate, timely documentation.
  • •Identify contractual issues and coordinate approval modifications based on changes to transaction structure or pricing.
