•Focus on strategic collaboration and case management to maximize return to work and return to health outcomes.
•Make informed liability decisions based on comprehensive evaluation of relevant information.
•Foster effective relationships with injured claimants, families, and legal/medical professionals, coaching others to build these skills.
•Assess claims for treatment and rehabilitation needs, identify risk trends, and recommend policy improvements to ensure compliance and enhance claims practices.

•Collaborate in a team environment and provide advice and guidance, including temporarily fulfilling roles such as Case Reviewer and Team Manager.
•Demonstrate strong planning and prioritization skills to organize tasks and manage competing resources while leading and encouraging these behaviours in others.
•Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to interpret complex information, extract insights, and balance empathy with achieving commercial outcomes.
