  • •Monitor project development budgets, schedules, and resource allocation while identifying and mitigating development-phase risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or related technical discipline with a strong background in electrical systems.
  • •7 to 10 years of experience developing DER projects including solar PV, battery energy storage systems, microgrids, CHP, backup generation, EV charging, and energy efficiency solutions.
  • •Experience developing projects valued from $5M to $50M+.
  • •Strong commercial, financial, and customer-facing experience.
