Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Focus on cross-selling and engaging in outside sales activities, including presentations and community financial literacy events.
  • •Support business partner referrals, process teller transactions, and help meet customer experience and individual/team production goals while adhering to policies and risk procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
