Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn general agronomy skills such as scouting, crop protection, crop nutrients, and seed/custom application procedures.
  • •Perform all agronomy/seed operations.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory and assist with record keeping and required housekeeping processes.
  • •Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment and vehicles.
  • •Provide customer service and assist customers as needed while maintaining environmental and safety compliance.

  • •Currently enrolled in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or other Agriculture related degree program.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office software.

  • •Ability to work in an environment compliant with state, local, and CHS Environmental and Safety policies.
