Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a large cross-functional team through the full product lifecycle from research to proposing solutions and shipping.
  • •Shape product strategy and deliver customer-focused experiences using AI capabilities.
  • •Define and deliver a centralized agentic evaluation and observability framework for the bank.
  • •Partner with engineering and platform teams to build foundational infrastructure for multi-tier evaluation systems and secure scaling.
  • •Standardize auditing and measurement of agent performance to enable cross-LOB tool reuse, compliance transparency, and continuous model improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 219,000 - 249,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Either hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (or related quantitative field), or in Business/Marketing; or hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field and have at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • •Demonstrate product management proficiency across human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
  • •Drive complex product problem identification and resolution while mitigating product risks.
  • •Collaborate comfortably across technical development with engineering and data science partners while educating and advocating with senior leaders.
