Lead complex customer programs for end-to-end implementations of a process intelligence platform, shaping outcomes from kickoff to training. Own planning, scheduling, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, managing scope, budget, and resources while communicating risks and status to stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and feature requests, mentor implementation teams, and help mature delivery methods for measurable customer value.
